This hand-curated list of charity galas and fundraisers represents primarily events hosted by nonprofit organizations. They typically have 150-500 guests, with some smaller or larger. 

Stay informed about what's coming up in the area for planning dates, ideas and events that don't conflict with like organizations at like times. Get to know other event planners in the area. Plus, submit your events to share with the event and potential guest communities hearing about and subscibing to GALA CALENDAR.

Although most people tell me they get clients through referrals, when you have open dates you want to fill and when you want to find new clients, looking into the future to see what's scheduled is helpful so you can target your outreach. Telling event planners why you're a good fit and asking how you can get on their vendor list or have a call to discuss could be a good strategy and better than reaching out to everyone without telling why you're a good fit.

GALA CALENDAR DALLAS is a listing of nonprofit fundraising events, primarily galas and fundraising dinners, sent to subscribers monthly. It includes the document version in .PDF format as well as a sheet with the related information. It includes not only this month, but all future events that we know about by searching, and when possible, reaching out. The sheet version also includes the email they list when known and a general category for type of event and type of organization. There are typically hundreds of organizations and more than 50 pages of future events listed each month.

If you want to attend events, stay aware of what events are scheduled or if your outreach efforts to book new clients would benefit from having this list of upcoming events, I hope you'll subscribe to the publication.
